The purpose of the Board of Directors is to plan, organize, and direct the activities of
the Association. Usually the Board meets at least twice a year, including one meeting at
our annual convention in Corpus Christi, Texas in September at the Buccaneer Classic
cattle sale. The Directors decide on matters that include sale format, budgeting,
advertising, sale manager selection, sale evaluation, and the nomination of new directors.
